yes you need a punch or you need to drill out a
slot for a scsi backplate
the easiest would be a 50 pin centronics as its a
direct 50pin idc connection
and are used by cdrom externals and second hand
cables are cheap
you will need a scsi cdrom enclosurea reducer 5.25"
to 3.5"
i do the same with scsi to ide adapters

cheersAnyone here has done that successfully or it is a no no?I was going to ask Ted directly, but others might like to help or hear about that, I'm going to install my SCSI upgrade in my rev2 Emax rack, and i'm wondering if I could install the SCSI as external instead of on the front panel.I have a pcd-60b and i'm wondering if I could find an enclosure for it and have it externally, being able to use it as well for my ASR10/ ASR X pro and S760.
