Completely concur.
Heir on the hot side fo sho.

I do the same for the sp-12 and EII as well.
If you can set it to 0db on input level and use your mixer or preamp to get a good level on the emu meter. Better signal to noise ratio imho

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
