Hot swap is ok on HxC for me w/ Rev. C. The catch, use the HxC software utility to create a custom config file and uncheck (disable) the "Load last loaded floppy" box option. If you are reorganizing and moving files around whilst viewing files on your PC and then that file path is not present you will run into issues when loaded back into the HxC.
