The other options would be:
- buy some rack ears for something else that is suitable and drill the proper holes to line up to attach to Emax.
Get them powder-coated grey, if they aren't already grey.
or
- go to a metal shop willing to do small custom projects and have some fabricated for you (this could even be less expensive than the first option)
(take your emax so they can make the correct measurements, and perhaps a bit of rack stock if you have it (although they may already know what 19" rack spacing / hole spacing is - it's common across other industries)
Get them powder-coated grey... they should be able to match the grey color or get pretty close....
