I use the inline versions which are easy to get and there all made by the same manufacturers

As I have had them from several manufacturers and all they is the same pcb part but with a sticker of the manufacturer selling them

Winstar midas and crystalfonts many more are not the actual makers

I fit a header to the back of the pcb which allows easy replacement at a later date with no resoldering the crappy emu pads

Maybe this message got overlooked, so I am asking again reference my display question.
