I'm trying to get an HXC working with my Emax with limited success. I'm able to load banks, but they are incomplete. Example" Bank z_854 has only presets 1-10 and 99. All banks are like this with large portions missing in the middle.
I believe my disk creation procedure is correct:
- Emaxos.emx in folder with .em1 files. (My Emax has the SE stickers on it, but I have tried the regular emaxos as well as the SE version just in case)
- Batch convert to fat32 formatted drive.
- Created and saved config file with auto boot and force load a, emu shugart.
On the sd now are the .hfe converted banks and HXCSDFE.CFG
I've tried with a Kingston 32gb and Nexxtech 16gb both class 10 and no change in behavior. I have ordered a Sandisk class 10 which are confirmed to work and which is arriving next week.
I purchased my Emax with no disks and installed the HXC without ever checking it with a disk... Is this sort of error something that could be a problem with the Emax itself?
Anyone else experience this?/Have any tips?/Even just a bit of encouragement would be great as I'm feeling pretty discouraged right now :)

In my experience - many of the banks only have up to around 10-15 presets (of the factory disks I´ve tried) + nr 99 that usually is used as a namepreset for the bank.
Dont think there are any banks that actually have 99 presets (the banks are made for fitting on a 720kb DD floppy, with both presets and samples)... but I could be wrong.
