Cheers to everyone for the responses. After browsing a number of banks I'm satisfied it is working correctly.
I guess I got thrown by the 'preset' 99.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
