Thanks for your feedback, happy to hear that you managed to get things sorted with him. I have his email and phone numbers but no replies since 6 weeks! I really didn`t want to go down the legal route with him because i am not that kinda guy and i like to give people the benefit of the doubt and i understood his situation at the time but now my patience has come to an end. If he would even just drop me a quick message to let me know whats happening! If it was only 100euros or less then i would just let it go and put it down to learning lessons but we are talking a substantial amount here, nearly £800 plus the value of the 2 emax`s which i can now no longer use. I am not going to let this go, i will take this to the bitter end if necessary. I thought it would be difficult with legal action as i am not currently living in the UK but it is actually quite simple to go through the small claims court as i have a UK passport, i just needed a UK lawyer to start the proceedings and a UK address for the communication (My brother). Lets see what now happens.
