I'd say it's your 64-bit operating system. In our experience with many customers, the 64-bit OmniFlop driver hasn't turned out to be reliable.

I've of the opinion now that if you are going to use older gear, use a XP 32-bit with an internal floppy drive with OmniFlop. Try to use a 64-bit OS just isn't worth it (for floppy reasons and SCSI reasons).

Too bad Jason of Sherlock (OmniFlop) quit out when he did.
