How do I save an .em1 file to my PC?

I have EMX which works quite well for duplicating disks or wrting 
disks from downloaded files but I'm wondering how I can read the .em1 
file right off of an Emax disk and then save the file to my PC hard 
drive for emailing and backing up on CD?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
