I can understand the difficulty in moderating a large emailing list. I
moderate one myself.

However, "leat_my_arse14" has posted 4 of these "OT" messages in the last
three weeks or so. Maybe it's time for a kickoff?

Hell, make me a moderator and I'll do it!
