there's (at least) one dead link, and that's exactly for the MIDI/RS-422
implementation.
The whole directory (visible if you just click on
http://www.emulatorarchive.com/assets/PDF/
) doesn't show anything even remotely MIDI-like.

The only thing available is an Emulator II document...

... and I'm not sure that this contains the correct SysEx messages.
