For replacement power supplies, the place to call is Mendelson 
Electronics of Dayton, OH at (800) 422-3525. The part number is 500-
0131F - Kepco/Memorex Power Supply 5V@5A 12V@2A -12V@.1A, and costs 
$14.95 plus shipping.
 The part number is no longer in their database so you will have to 
call and ask for it by part number. They have a $20 minimum order so 
I purchased two and I do not regret it one bit.  
 Just plug it in and it is good to go! It took me less than 10 min. 
The power supply is a 110V only. You will need to detach the 110-240 
switch leads from the old power supply and tape them to the side or 
something to that effect.
