That may or may not be the problem.
I have had no luck with EMX or EMAXutil for writing disk.
I went as far as installing a HD and formating a partition with DOS 
6.22 (not download but actual disk).
There is nothing on the drive but the utilities and their image 
files and it still has the can't find sector problem.
Doesn't matter if I boot from that HD (other HD's disconnected)or 
the floppy.
It actually looks to be based on the 3.5" 720k drive vs 3.5" 1.44m 
drive more than anything else.
I have been trying to find one of the old 720k floppy drives to try.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
