Maybe try opening up and check the cable to the Emax floppy drive.  
It might have come loose at either the floppy drive end or the 
motherboard end.  It's an easy thing to check and worth the 15 
minuets to open up your emax before bying a new floppy drive.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
