I wrote this program about 10 years ago or more before even Windows 95
hit the shelves let alone Windows XP! LOL.

I wrote it to convert my Drumulator Rom dumps.  I'm glad that someone
is making use of it. Thanks for sorting this Ted.

I suppose I'm so Old School now (at 36 years old!) and I find it funny
that some people don't know the legacy of DOS and how to drive it - oh
well.

I'll change the instructions.
