Reseating Emax II 5mb daughterboard ("Soundmemorysize Error")

I have the "Soundmemorysize Error" with 5mb rackmount Emax II after a 
move.

Wondering if anyone knows any tips for getting the daughterboard 
seated properly, or ideas of what causes it to not to seat properly ..
