Than you so much for your always prompt help.
My Emax SE was on a serious need of such help. It is a piece of museum now, but I still love and uset it. I bought way back in 1989 from, believe or not, Mr. Jon Anderson, lead singer of YES while I was an exchange student in the US.
Now I can manage to bring it back to life with full power!

  I've put a new version of EMXP in the files section, see 
  emxp_v0_91_pub.zip.
  The main differences with the previous version are:
  - it supports formatting of EMAX disks now.
  - it performs additional testing on the hardware before accessing the 
  floppy disks.
