Do you have a working OS disk?
If so just format a disk and then use EMX to transfer a soundbank to it, boot from your OS disk then stick the other disk in to load.

Did you solve the OS ver1.1 problem yet ? Does a format + write OS
with either EMX or EMXP work ?
(OS1.1 can be downloaded from the files section, file EMAXSE_OS.ZIP)
