EMAX for sale

2006-03-05 by mikeptag

Its an Emax, not SE or II, that means no internal hard drive.
It comes with an Emax se manual, and some factory and homemade
disks.

The only known issues with the unit are, when you go to pop the
floppy out, it doesnt spring out, you have to pinch your fingers and
remove it. The other is that the display might not display
correctly if the unit has been sitting unused a long time, until the
unit "warms up" 3-10 min or so. Thats the best way to discribe it.
Its always had that glitch, and its never gotten worse. I've been
testing it the last few days, and Its only happened once. It never
hangs up during playing or has any dead keys or anything like that.
Ive had it for years, bought it from the local music store, when
they had it priced at $1,000. It hasnt been bumped around on band
tour or anything, it has just sat in one place, played only
occationally.

I thought I'd give folks a chance in here before I list it. I'd like
$250, but make me an offer. In a week I'll choose to either accept
the best offer or notify y'all the day/time I'll list it. My ebay
User ID is mikeptag.

I live in Washington State.
