Hi John,
Everything we sell in the online store is the original product straight from
the manufacturer - in the Emax II case from QUpArts.
We are also collecting sample CDROM's for all E-mu samplers and we do trade
privately with CD-R copies on a 1:1 basis. We obviously don't sell CD-R
copies as its not fair to the sample creators. Sample CDROM's are dead easy
to copy with a CD writer.
We are looking for:
Elements of Sound Volume 3 and 4 (we do have these but they are stuck at
E-mu HO....)
We have
E-mu Elements of Sound Volume 1 and 2
Northstar Max 1, 2, 3
OMI Universe of Sounds - All Volumes
Greytsounds Best of
Plus a range of E-mu samples from the USA lead demonstrator employee on
ZIP/SyQuest
Sample CDROM's have sold alot less than we had hoped, people buy an Emax II
for ?200 - 300 and don't fancy shelling out for a CDROM at ?50 - 75, even
though there are some awesome sounds on the sample disks. We will get more
of these sample libraries up as demos, and maybe as downloads once the
copyright is history.
We would love to get hold of the 4 and 8 MB banks!! Let me know if any of
our sample CDROM's are of interest.
Regards
Rob

Are the sample CD-Roms you were selling actual E-mu CD-Roms or are you
duplicating
them yourself? I have the Emax II Elements of Sound Volume 1 CD-Rom which
is
basically the Emax library ported over to Emax II. It's 99 1Mb banks. I
know there is a
way to make images of these CD-Roms. Just wondering. Perhaps you'd like to
trade, I'd
like to get some 4Mb banks.
