No, if doing so you´d still need to have the arpeggiator turned on and running into the same problem, the damn arp. just doesn´t transmit arpeggiated notes out, not even internal, whoever made that decission @ E-mu back then.... &%$§"!. My Yamaha AN1x has a great Arpeggiator and Pattern Seq. and transmits over MIDI, even on an independent MIDI Channel.
