Where did it go wrong exactly ? Did the format end "properly" ? What did you do after formatting the ZIP disk ? Did you use the Copy Software menu option (in Special menu) ? If so make sure that the floppy with the OS is still in the drive. (You can also copy the OS (version 2.14) to your formatted ZIP disk with EMXP but you'll need a WinXP PC & ZIP drive connected to it) After copying the OS to the ZIP disk, make sure to set the SCSI boot ID to a value different from 0 ! (see Special function 6). If not, the EMAX-II will keep asking for a floppy to boot, even if a bootable HD or ZIP disk is connected to the EMAX-II !
