Emax

hi i'm fresh new to the group and i can' t find the instructions for
making an SE upgrade disk with EMAXUTIL (it says it can't read the
SEUP .EM1 file)as it was mentionned in the files section , i can't do
it too with EMXP (it declare the SEUP.EM1 as a wrong image) .
can somebody explain me how to write this image ?
