You can use any drive, just set the drive select to 0.
Either with a jumper or by finding the surface mount
piece on the the pcb of the floppy, desolder it, and
resolder it to DS0.
Mine (Teac) looked like this
DS0
o
|
|
0-----o DS1
X
If the drive is set to DS1, then the piece bridges DS1
and X, remove it and bridge DS0 and X.
Good luck. I know this works, because I've done it
before a few times.
