I did get this working and am able to read and write sounds, and have the floppy slim drive, so I don't lose floppy functionality. My IDE CF adapter was generic- no model information of any value. All the rest of the info is in other posts to the group, including the issues I had with fitting the unit with the SCSI adapter installed, and how I got around that issue. If you can get an actual SCSI CF which sometimes appear on ebay, that would be simpler...... Regards, Ted
