SCSI Compact Flash Drive Reader and Emax II?

Anyone try using one of these SCSI Compact Flash readers with a Emax II?

Was thinking that I might give it a go.  Saw this one on the old e-bay
might work? If this topic has been brought up before, then pre-excuse me:)
