Emax

Do not push too hard, take it to any place where they fix remote controls or tvs. The 
replacement is generic and cheap. I have a Roland JV-90 and it happnes all the time (and 
that unit has millions of bottons). 

They get damaged over time of moisture or even a bit of humidity. To replace the ones of 
the Emax is very easy but have a technician doing it so you get it right at first.
