Emax

Hi ! i bought an Emax 1 @ebay but it came without Bootdisk.
So i downloaded the EMXP tool and all stuff i needed and bought some AMIGA Discs @ ebay. (DS and DD Discs).
then i formated the discs and put the Emax OS 3.2 on the disc with EMXP.
Now, when i any of these discs with the Emax OS on it in the floppy drive and start the emax it says loading software....and at any time somethin like READ Error oder DISK Error.....

so i ask myself is the Emax crashed ? or maybe just the floppy drive !?
and what can i do to repair or start it !?....
hope someone here can help me..and sorry for my bad english...
