Emax

Thank you for the advice I did try all of the recommendations and it is still doing the same boot lock. One thing I did notice is that when powered on it sounds like a relay or something click and both the hd and the floppy do not move. Could my problem be power supply related?

Don't know if this is a generally good advise,
but i had to push the IC's down into the sockets from time to time.
A little press on the front panel, about inch left of the numpad, often 
helped the start up process.
