RE: [emax] hello...

Hi,
Assuming you mean an Emax and not an Emax II....
1) Adding a hard disk does not increase sample memory.
2) You can still buy Emax hard drives - the Miniscribe 8425S in the USA e.g.
CCS Drives. But you need the right motherboard and you may need new PAL
chips.
3) If you have an Emax (not an Emax II) you cannot increase sample memory.

Check www.emulatorarchive.com for more details.

Regards
Rob

  Subject: [emax] hello...

Hello everyone... I have just purchased an Emax (unfortunately it
didn't come with anything) So I have a couple of questions.
1 - Does adding a hard drive (either external or internal) increase
any of the sample memory or is the sample memory fixed and adding the
hard drive just becomes an ease-of-use issue.
2 - If adding the hard drive does add sample memory, then where can I
  get one.
3 - If adding the hard drive does not increase sample memory, then
what will, and where can I get it.

Thank you all in advance for your help.
