I'll try a few things... also asked DBM to send me that program he suggested. Think I'll try the old SE30 that should be cool maybe with an 800K and SuperDrive combo. Maybe use the old Iomega to transfer to SCSI Zip100 then move that to the old G3 then up to the group. I did somthing similar when I converted the original CMU-800 program to my CMU yahoo group. I went from an Apple IIe, to a IIgs to a PowerPC.

I forgot: probably the disks are 800KB Mac disks.
These can't be copied on Windows machines as far as I know, not even by OmniFlop.
So some raw disk copy software on Mac OS 7.x should be used.
Mmm... I have no idea what the best software would be. I'm not a Mac specialist.
Note that just copying the files from the disks is not a good solution: the files will not run without the original disk.
Anyone has a suggestion to make these raw copies ?

Wondered what the best older mac to do the job was? I can get Pluses, SEs, Classics, PowerPC, and G4s all day just wanted to pick the right one for the job. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I would be running this via serial not MIDI.
