Emax

Hi all.

After searching on the list, I can't find the right answer.

I've tried to format an Iomega Jaz disk (I have to say I am new to zip units). 

What I got is after 20 min showing "FORMAT Disk. Verifying... " on the LCD, the EMAX got frozen with TRANSPOSE, DRIVE SELECT, ENTER, and DIGITAL PROCESSING, PRESET MANAGEMENT, PRESET DEFINITION lights on, and a lot of ?????????????? on the LCD.

After rebooting I lost the internal HD directory but after a new reboot, Things were fine as before.

New try with Terminator set to OFF and it didn't freeze, but no success with the formatting.

Then I try the first way again, and after the freeze and reboot, the EMAX finds the Jaz with the following details:
SCSI 2: iomega j
Avail: C08MB 99%

Now I try to copy an internal HD bank into the Iomega and get this message:
SCSI:
EOF Error!

Any suggestions? SCSI experts, come to me :)
