Seller doesn't usually sell musical instruments but the person who sold it to them demoed it and it worked fine then. I can't seem to get the sample input or stereo and mono outputs to work. I don't hear any sounds when I try to play the sample bank on the OS disk that was used when it was demoed for the eBay seller.  The VU meter doesn't move when I try to sample. I do hear a sound in the left side of my headphones (plugged into stereo obviously) when I turn it off, but that's it.

Any troubleshooting suggestions? I trust that the seller says it worked when it was first shown to them so I'm stumped.
