Strange, the menu option is right there ("Copy EMX Image to Floppy Disk"). Remember that only EMX images can be written op floppy, not bank images.

So to get there: [EMXP] -> [1. Manage Emu Emax/Emax-II Images and Disks] -> [2. Manage EMAX EMX Images] -> select the EMX image(s) -> [3. Copy EMX Image to Floppy Disk]

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
