Emax

So, if I understand this right-
the musicparts.com may not have actually been licensed to sell this and now
have stopped providing it.

To me, this would indicate that someone who IS licensed for the intellectual
property is still defending their right to it and most likely filed a cease
and desist or some such.

The second part of this supposition would be that to place the file in the
group files section could result in a problem for the group.
