If that would work out for the that would be great,    I went to the archive
in hopes of finishing
downloading what I havent and found that the files are indeed offline now.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
