Emax

Hi all, I received my emax arrived earlier this week, the power supply board came undone during transit and even though I've put it back, replaced the fuse, check all the internal connections and replaced the connection at the ac theres still no power. there was a small spark near the button when i first tried to power it on can anyone give me any advice on what i should be looking for? I'm not very confident with these sorts of things but I have someone helping me as far as taking things out and replacing them. I look forward to hearing from you guys. I checked the service manual but it hasn't been much help as yet. Thank you in advance!!!
