I have seen this problem in Akai LCD displays before and the fix was to bend the metal tabs that held the board to the glass over more.  I haven't had my display out on the EMAX yet though but I assume it has the same rubber style connection that needs solid contact with the LCD.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
