emax2 is the same display

as for the vfd i get mine direct from noritake uk but they do have a noritake usa you can order direct

that oled display is in yellow but is the easiest 1 to fit as no additional wiring is required 

just a set of nuts and bolts to hold it into place

if you go on the site they might do other colours most manufacturers do

  If the Emax II is the same, then your problem is solved for about £25 
  plus a little desoldering / soldering. Buy a desolder pump if you don't
