Hello normal if you format your emax bank to add the zip you need the emxp

hi there im new here ive bought an emax 2 with 8m ive got two zip drives 1
has usb which i connect to pc im trying to copy the zip drive but as soon as
i put it in the comp says to format disc where am i going wrong ? please
help remember im new to this thanks
