Took out the PSU from the Emax II and popped it into the Emax I.  PSU success.

Powered up the Emax I but with diagnostics on LCD and the Preset Definition light and Analog processing LEd on -- hence I think the Mitshubishi MF353B FDD from the Emax I is toast.  Popped in the EMax II Mitshubishi MF353BA FDD into the Emax I -- It just displayed system loading on the LCD (even with the HD removed).  Not sure if its the drive or my floppy disks.
