Emax

My Emuser worked perfectly with my EII with EMXP.  And now it's saying Sysex error and a bunch of zeros with my Emax 1 SE HD.  I pulled the back and the serial port looks fine and the machine is spotless in the inside.  I hooked up my SCSI zip and nothing is happening there. The drive is not recognized and my main board is revision B so there isn't any issues there.  You could eat off the machine in the inside and outside.  It's mint so there isn't any abuse.  The SCSI drive was pulled from the previous owner.  Would this effect the RS-232 communication?
