AC voltage on power supply DC output

Need advice.. repairing Emax and picking up AC voltage with multi-meter, about 50v on the +/- 12v on the PSU.  

Replaced caps on power supply with no change. I am thinking the cause may be bad rectifier.  

Any suggestions...please?
