Thanks. Pretty much any place that makes banners should be able to print it for you, Kinko's or any banner shop usually has a vinyl printer/plotter (prints on to vinyl sticker and the plotter cuts the sticker)  Also, if your not in too much of a hurry to get it, ask them if they can slap in on with another job that they are running. Usually you can get it cheaper that way mainly because the vinyl comes in a specific width and they usually have unused space on the roll when they are running jobs.
