I don't think so. The Emu RS422 synchronous protocol requires that the PC (or USB converter) port can accept an external clock signal. I didn't study the usconverters documents in detail, but at first sight I don't think it supports this (BTW this was a quite unique feature of Mac computers). Some industrial RS422 adapters can handle these clock signals too, but they are very expensive (>300 USD) FYI: although commercial production/sales of the EmuSer is prohibited, from time to time there is someone who is willing to build an EmuSer (hand made) for someone else in his/her spare time.
