Emax

Can someone tell me how to setup the Emax to use Pro Tools' 
sequencer?  I'm new with Midi.  Right now I have the emax controlling 
an Akai s 5000 sampler.  However, neither one has a sequencer.  So 
I'd like to use the one in PT.  What settings do I need to 
setup/adjust on the emax & Pt?  Also how do I connect them? (ex: do I 
go thru or Out of the emax & into the digi 001?)
