I'm going to step out on a limb and speak against this.
A great deal of what you are selling are banks from the E-mu factory library, which, by
the way, is copyrighted. They are banks that many of us trade and share with each other
for free. Both Rob and I have offered these banks for free to users over the years, Rob
actually offered them as free downloads through his website until the cost of offering
them became too great and he had to take them down. We both obtained E-mu's
permission to offer the banks for free since they have pulled them out of production.
Also you are including EMX which is very well known by this group as it was created by
one of the original members of the mailing list that this group was formed from and is
protected by law to not be used for commercial purposes.
In essence you are trying to make money off of others people's hard work!
It is one thing to offer banks you have created solely on your own, but it is wrong (and
illegal) to offer E-mu factory banks for such obvious commercial purposes. I definitely do
not feel that this group is the proper place to post auctions of this nature. I actually feel
you shouldn't be selling them at all, but I'm not going to get involved with that.

Hi John, As far as I remember none of these sounds are from the factory library even though they may have similar names. It has been 10 years since I've owned an Emax and came acrossed a foot locker of Emax disk. These disk where from a proprietery CD me and a friend had worked on. The Bliss disk is from the EMX program I remember. I received permission from Mike Prudence to distribute the EMX Program. I would not want to do anything illegal here. But I believe none of these disk to my best knowledge are from the factory library. I do have the factory library stored on a hard drive which I downloaded from Rob's site when he did have them available. But these are not that folder. Thanks, Dana
