EMAX 1 Edit Questions

EMAX 1 Edit Questions

Hi;-)

1.:
one thing that i don´t understand so far is why there is no "exit"
function on the modules.
For example when entering the "digital processing area" and then did a
mistake by going to the wrong function, i always have to exit the
"digital processing area" and re-enter it again...
is there something that i am missing ?

2.:
Because i can´t layer sound on the keyboard, i have to combine two
samples with "digital processing". This is a little problem when
samples are recorded in different samplerates. Does somebody have a
translation from Samplerates to Notevalues?

Thanx!

I'll have to check the exit thing, but normally enter will take you back to the menu.

Are you using primary and secondary sample slots? You can use two samples there. If that doesn't help there is always supermode.

yes, ok i can use both voices or the supermode, but mostly i need
these features later - so combining two samples works nice for me...

about the exit thing: yes enter works for some functions but for
others it doesn´t, since you would enter "enter" ;)
hmm..... i guess thats the emax architecture - it´s just a little bit
strange and emax goes to floppy then everytime

btw:
does anyone here own a W-30? thinking of buying one soon
