Programs?

Programs?

2001-04-10 by Niklas Olsson

Ok!

Is there some one who has thinking of to do an emax emulator to PC?
Yeas, I know the emax code is a story by it's self

Or even better to create a program (directly to the Emax and Emax-II)
witch can control bank (and/or preset) loads over midi, from the
computer.

regards/
Niklas

Thanks for the post. What you wonder about is not possible, well not
without E-mu's cooperation which no one will ever get. I believe the
Emax II accepts MIDI bank load commands or is that just my ESi-32 ..
I can never remember. However I'm not sure that's what you want.

Are you thinking you want your computer to tell the Emax to "load
hard drive band 02"?

Over on the "miragehack" yahoogroup, we've disassembled the (admittedly
simpler) Ensoniq Mirage OS 3.2, and reverse-engineered most of it.
What I want to know about is, how do you get the 5-digit code for the EEPROM
utility?
